5. Shopify & AI-Assisted Chat

Messages are processed in real time. Conversation history is accessible to our team through Shopify Inbox for support and review.

When available, the agent may use preferences, sizes and purchase history to personalise recommendations, including preferences shared during a conversation.

The chat displays a notice when you are interacting with AI. Responses may contain errors. You can request human assistance or contact us by email.

Please share only information needed for your enquiry. Do not submit intimate photographs or unnecessary sensitive personal information through chat.

6. Virtual Try-On & Uploaded Photos

We offer optional virtual try-on for eligible products through Icona: AI Virtual Try On.

According to Icona, it processes photos you upload or capture to generate previews of selected garments. It may also collect an email address if that option is enabled and usage information for performance monitoring.

Icona states that neither it nor its third-party AI processors use these photos for model training. It also states that merchants cannot access uploaded photos or generated results through the service. An email you provide may be shared with Secret Kiss.

Retention: Icona states that photos are automatically deleted, but its shopper and merchant policies currently specify different periods. We do not confirm a deletion timeframe here.

Uploading a photo is optional. Only upload images you have permission to use; do not upload nude or sexually explicit images or photographs of children.
