- Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
- Upload, post, or transmit any User Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.

- All content on the App and Site, including text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Secret Kiss or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

- THE APP AND SITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. SECRET KISS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

- IN NO EVENT SHALL SECRET KISS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, INCURRED BY YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION IN CONTRACT OR TORT, ARISING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE APP OR SITE.

- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws without regard to its conflict of law principles.

- Secret Kiss reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the App or Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
